However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
To request a resolution:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Include clear photos or video of the item showing the issue.
- Once approved, you may choose how to receive your store credit:
• Gift card – A flexible digital card sent to your email, redeemable at checkout without needing to log in. You may use it yourself or share it with someone else.
• Store credit – Tied to your customer account and automatically applied at checkout. Requires logging in with the same email used at checkout.
All gift cards and store credits expire 60 days after issue.
We recommend using them soon to select something you’ll love.
